Terms of Service
By using Orivo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
1. Definitions
"Service" refers to the Orivo web application, including the frontend prototype workspace, cloud project storage, and all related features. "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Subscription" refers to a paid plan (Pro or Pro+) purchased through Lemon Squeezy. "Content" refers to any code, markup, stylesheets, or other materials you create or upload using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Orivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
3. Accounts
You must sign in to use the Orivo editor and related workspace features. Authentication is currently provided through Google OAuth and secure email-link flows. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription Plans
Orivo offers Free, Pro, and Pro+ tiers. Free access is provided as a 3-day trial tied to the account email used to sign in. During that period Free accounts have limited features and workspace limits. After the 3-day free period ends, editing, saving, template use, imports, restore points and project management actions may be locked until a paid plan is purchased. Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Subscription details are described on the Orivo website and may be updated. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at our support email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. After the 14-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use Orivo to create, host, or distribute malicious code, malware, or phishing content; (b) attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; (e) scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the Service without permission; (f) circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all Content you create using Orivo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your code, projects, or exports. By using cloud storage, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your Content solely to provide the Service. You may export or delete your Content at any time.
8. Third-Party Libraries
The Service allows you to load external JavaScript and CSS libraries via CDN. These third-party libraries are governed by their own licenses and terms. Orivo does not control, endorse, or assume liability for any third-party library you choose to include in your projects.
9. Limitation of Liability
Orivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unable to resolve, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established.
